SUPER TIGRE G2300 MK II. STILL SEALED IN BOX. (CODE H588)

R4500,00

This Engine is still sealed in box as from the factory.

The Super Tigre G3250 is a highly powerful, large-displacement 2-stroke glow engine. It was specifically designed for massive scale radio-controlled (RC) model aircraft. It features a large, integrated cast heat-sink cylinder head to maintain optimal temperatures when buried tightly behind aircraft cowlings.

Displacement: 1.99 cu in (32.61 cc).
    Bore & Stroke: 1.417 in (36.0 mm) bore x 1.128 in (32.0 mm) stroke.
    Power Output: 3.2 hp @ 7,700 rpm.
Practical RPM Range: 2,000 to 9,000 rpm.
Weight: 43.0 oz (1,219 g) without the muffler, making it a heavy engine that functions exceptionally well for balancing short-nosed aircraft (e.g., WWI scale planes) without adding dead lead weight.
    Crankshaft Thread: M10 x 1.25
Propeller Selection: Unlike its sister engine (the G2300) which revs higher on smaller blades, the G3250 is built for raw low-end torque. It handles a break-in prop size of 18×10, and flies best on 18×8, 20×6, or 20×8 propellers.
Fuel Requirements: This large-block engine runs poorly on standard nitro fuel. It requires 0% nitro (FAI fuel) or a maximum of 5% nitro. Anything higher can cause severe tuning instabilities and overheating.
Fuel Line Infrastructure: Due to its immense fuel draw, standard RC fuel tubing will starve the carburetor. You must install large-bore fuel lines (such as large Dubro or Sullivan lines) to ensure steady delivery.
