OS MAX 160 FX New In Box (CODE 522)

The OS Max 160 FX is a powerhouse two-stroke glow engine designed for giant-scale RC aircraft. As the largest engine in the popular FX series, it is often used as a more affordable and simpler alternative to 40cc gasoline or multi-cylinder four-stroke engines.
Displacement: 1.60 cu in (26.23 cc).
Power Output: 3.7 hp @ 9,000 RPM.
Practical RPM Range: 1,800 to 10,000 RPM.
Weight: 925 g (32.6 oz) without silencer.
Carburetor: Type 60F with a remote needle valve for safer tuning.
To get the most out of the 160 FX’s high-torque design, the following prop ranges are suggested:
Aerobatic: 15×12 to 16.5×13.
Sport/Scale: 17×10 to 18×12.
Common Favorites: Many pilots prefer the 18x6W (Wide) or 18×8 for raw pulling power and better hovering performance.
